Terms and Condition

  1. Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 21. Government issued IDS is required to buy alcohol.
  2. Children aged 12 and under can attend the Festival for free (only when proving their age through Government Issued ID) when accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian (21 & over).
  3. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all the guests, the management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
  4. The Management is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event-including damage and losses to property if the cause is due negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable of other patrons.
  5. The promoter/Organizer will not issue duplicate tickets for the lost or stolen tickets.
  6. Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agent of CSM.  Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.

Information and Notification

  1. Caution! Strobe lighting may be used during performances.
  2. Parking is limited. Please use the FREE shuttle bus service provided exclusively for the Festival. For shuttle bus schedules and information go to www.urbandesertfestival.com
  3. Do not buy tickets from street vendors and unauthorized agencies. Tickets are security printed – any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries. Do not allow this security printed ticket to get wet, it may invalidate it. Keep it dry!
  4. If any part of the ticket is removed before admission at the event, it may void the ticket.
  5. The following items may not be brought into the venue: Alcohol, Drinks, Bottles, Cans, Food, Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Fireworks, Smoke Canisters, Unauthorized professional Film or Video equipment and Audio recorders. All items will be confiscated.
  6. You may be body searched and have your bag(s) inspected at the entrance. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission, or eject from, the venue any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or security official.
  7. Tickets holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, and/or audio recording of this event, and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
  8. There are limited disabled facilities; there is a viewing platform. There are disabled toilets. There is no separate ticket or entrance for disabled patrons.

 

Food and Drink

  1. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event.
  2. Canned and glass containers holding drinks will be poured into plastic glasses for audience consumption.
  3. Water bottles will be sold without their lids on for audience consumption.
  4. No alcohol, drinks or food is permitted to be brought into the event.
  5. You are not permitted to bring any cans, bottles or drink containers into the event.

Refund Policy

READ THIS CAREFULLY PLEASE – This tickets is non exchangeable or refundable.  

Each tickets are for their specific actual events, not for one specific artist.

Although the Festival organizer will use their best Endeavour’s to present the bill as advertised, the line up of artists cannot be guaranteed.  Artists do sometimes cancel due to illness or other reasons. Should one or more artists be cancelled, the Festival will go ahead as normal.  Please be aware that refunds will b e given these circumstances.  No money will be refunded or exchanged, unless the event is completely cancelled, then only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.  In the event of Festival cancellation, ticket will be refunded only from the specified refund dates. Details of how to obtain a full refund will be posted on each festival’s respective website.  No other claims will be entertained.
